Buckeyes

I make these every Christmas and they are always a big hit. :)

3 cups creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 sticks softened butter
2 lbs powdered sugar
2-3 bags chocolate chips

Mix first three ingredients together. Roll dough into balls, dip into melted chocolate, place on parchment covered cookie sheet and chill.
